I am 19 stars into the challenge! It's coming down to the wire with less than a week to go. Of course, at the end of the month, I'm faced with parent/teacher conferences, going out of town and more work days, but I think I can still come out with 21 stars by the end of the challenge!
Oh, and did I mention I can wear my jeans again?!! *Disclaimer: There's still some extra junk hanging around but like the girl sings, "I can still shake it shake it like I'm supposed to do." ;)
But, that just means, November will be another challenge to get at least 20 workouts in. And maybe December too. Not because I have to, but because it is only 1/24th of my day after all and I do get to see my PBF's. It's my girl time, my "me time" and my happy place. Hardly challenging but hey, it sounds good.
You know what was a challenge? Being faced with the opportunity to eat this yummy dessert on the house yesterday with two of my besties and resisting...
At least until next month :)
I'm still committed to dancing it out with Tracy Anderson too. I have not yet done the postpartum workout dvd but look forward to doing it on Monday and Tuesday when I can't make it to Pure Barre. It's fun to switch things up. And it's supposed to be magical at tightening up the tums. Honestly, I'm pretty sure that just takes time, but I always love the idea of magic... the time will pass anyway.
Oh and come November, I'm soooooooo eating a pumpkin chocolate chip cookie from Whole Foods. A girl's gotta live, right?!
Have a beautiful day sweet readers! With Halloween and Thanksgiving coming up, have you set any challenges for yourself? Something to clean out all the Halloween candy like adding a green smoothie in on the daily? What are you going to do for you this coming month? What can you do today? Love yourself! xoxo
