Chocolate. Christmas. Chocolate covered Christmas. Yes, yes and YES! My two favorite "ch" words are even better together. So this holiday edition of my Wednesday favs goes out to all you beautiful chocolate lovers out there. Whether it's gifting, getting, eating or drinking, I've got you covered. Chocolate covered ;)
ALOHA Chocolate Lovers Gift Pack: I LOVE how ALOHA is giving back this holiday season with the purchase of their awesome gift packs. For every gift set purchased, ALOHA is donating a nutritious, whole food meal to the Food Bank for New York City. Amazing. With gifts starting at $20, like my FAVORITE Chocolate Lovers Gift Pack, it's a gift you can feel good about giving your friends, family, boss... I made a delicious chocolate covered blueberry smoothie bowl with the ALOHA daily good cacao greens this morning with a piece of chocolate on top for good measure ;) I would have taken a picture for you but I devoured it quite quickly after that double tube intensive seat kicking I got at PB this morning! Thanks Jamie! And since I am an ALOHA ambassador, you can get 20% off your entire order with promo code: PBNJULIE at checkout! You're welcome!
Hu Kitchen Almond Butter & Puffed Quinoa Chocolate Bar. What do you get when you add Black Friday + Cyber Monday + my birthday month? A whole lotta #treatyoself mentality and free shipping deals to make you feel good about your $30 chocolate purchase 🙈. Totally worth the splurge. This chocolate bar is even better than I dreamt it would be after first spotting it on Insta. Simply made of cacao, almonds, puffed quinoa and coconut sugar, this chocolate is simply delicious. You can purchase it here for $6.50.
Homemade CC Cookie Upgrade. Make your next holiday batch of chocolate chip cookies even more festive by adding in just 1-2 teaspoons of cardamom. Seriously, try it! Now! Use this recipe. Add cardamom. So yummy! I'm addicted!
This Vegan Hot Chocolate has been playing on repeat in our house since the cool air spiked. Spicy, sweet, cruelty-free and totally creamy and chocolate-y, this is the perfect cup of the holiday season. However, I add the cayenne separately to mine since it seems I'm the spicy one in the family ;) Oh and I use vanilla coconut sugar instead of sugar sugar without compromising any of the sweetness you crave in the perfect mug of cocoa. Yum yum yum.
