Your body is resilient. But when your treat basket is still going strong well into Thanksgiving, then it’s time to satisfy your sweet tooth with something a bit healthier.

Swapping the original’s nutritionally devoid ingredients — sugar, corn syrup, confectioner’s glaze, salt, honey, dextrose, artificial flavor, gelatin, titanium dioxide, yellow 6, yellow 5, red 3, blue 1, sesame oil — for nature’s candy makes this treat nutritionally dense and super satisfying. Sweet and creamy frozen banana mingles with rich vanilla coconut milk while just enough pineapple, carrot and turmeric are added to create each vibrant layer without sacrificing the smoothie’s sweet taste. Topping this ice cream-like treat is a 3 ingredient life-changing marshmallow fluff which only tricks you into thinking you’re breaking every diet rule in the book. Ingredients

Yellow Layer

1 cup coconut milk
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon dried turmeric

Orange Layer

1/3 cup carrot juice or blend {I used Clean Juice's "Citrus" blend with turmeric!}
Ice or additional frozen banana {optional, for desired consistency}

Water from 1 can of low sodium garbanzo beans {<--- so weird, right? TRUST ME!}
1/3 cup agave nectar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
