1/3-1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla coconut milk
1 cup frozen organic strawberries
1 tbsp chia seeds + a little for decoration
1 tbsp raw coconut butter
handful of goji berries for decoration
Directions: Pour coconut milk into vitamix or other high powered blender starting with 1/3 cup. Add in strawberries, coconut butter, chia seeds and Berry Bliss. Blend on high for 30 seconds, adding remaining coconut milk if needed for desired consistency or to get things moving. Pour into bowl of choice and decorate with remaining chia seeds and goji berries. Sprinkle in that extra bit of love and give your body a hug from the inside out with every mindful bite.
