This is my favorite kale salad in all the world. {Yes, it's even better than the kale salad at 131 Main!} My Beauty Fix Kale Salad is full of fresh, organic land and sea vegetables. All properly combined for maximum digestive efficiency and full of life-giving energy. I love eating this salad. Every bite is like a pat on the back for doing something good for myself. I honestly feel nourished with every tender and tasty bite. I hope you love it as much as I do!

Tip: It's important to massage the kale leaves to break them down so they are easier on your digestion and easier to chew in general! To do so, simply tear the leaves with your hands and really work your hands through the kale. Some advise to do this with a sprinkling of sea salt or lemon juice on the leaves, but I've found doing so with nothing works just fine.

A couple big handfuls of kale {I love baby kale or lacinato/dinosaur kale}

1 tbsp parsley

1/2 avocado

sprinkling of dulse

chopped cucumbers

chopped tomato

handful of sprouts

capful of apple cider vinegar

big pinch of nutritional yeast

1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

raw sauerkraut {optional, but loaded with pretty skin probiotics}
