It's Friday. It's so hot. And it's so time to C E L E B R A T E! What are we celebrating? Anything! Everything! That it's the weekend. That we are A L I V E. That our kids are going back to school Monday... I mean... the end of summer. Just grab your favorite bubbly and pick up some cold pressed juice and make yourself these healthy boozy pops. You need this for the weekend! So fun.

Bubbly {ICE} Pops

Celebrate the end of summer with these almost healthy Bubbly Pops with organic, cold pressed juices, fresh fruit and your favorite champagne!

Celebrate the end of summer with these almost healthy Bubbly Pops with organic, cold pressed juices, fresh fruit and your favorite champagne!

Gather: 

popsicle molds

champagne {even day old will work!}

cold pressed organic juice {I used SUJA Lavenade {in love!} and Evolution Fresh Pineapple Coconut Water}

fresh/frozen berries/fruit {I used peach, strawberries and raspberries}

Directions:

  1. Wash popsicle molds
  2. Pour champagne in molds 1/3 way up
  3. Top off with juice of choice leaving 1/2" space or so at top 
  4. Pop some fruit down in there
  5. Place in freezer for at least 2 hours

Oh and easily turn this into a family affair by making semi-homemade kid pops too! Simply get your kids' favorite sugar-free juice {I used Bolthouse Farms C Boost... tastes like mango! and has superfood camu camu in it! Plus it was on sale at Target... holla!} and pour in molds. Freeze for about 2 hours and place under warm running water to remove popsicle from mold. Enjoy!
