The Makoto Ginger Dressing Remake

*use organic ingredients as much as possible

makes 2 cups

2 large carrots, peeled and chopped

1 tablespoon grated ginger

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup sesame oil

1/4 cup rice vinegar

1/4 apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons low-sodium tamari {gluten free soy sauce or sub coconut aminos for a soy free option}

1-2 tablespoons PALEOCHEF Sriracha sauce {or other preservative free sriracha}

1 teaspoon coconut nectar {can sub maple syrup or couple drops of sweetleaf stevia}

salt & pepper, to taste

Directions: In high-powered food processor, combine all ingredients until smooth but slightly chunky. Store in air-tight glass container in fridge for up to a week.
